A spokeswoman for Salem (Ore.) Health, the parent company Willamette Health Partners, said that the clinic had not been meeting its benchmarks for patient volume nor its financial goals.
The spokeswoman also said that the clinic will reopen with new services and a new model, however there is no timeline for reopening the clinic as yet, according to the report.
