Dr. Hayek is currently the chief of the division of pain medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland and professor in the department of anesthesiology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
Dr. Kapural is the clinical director of Wake Forest University Health Sciences Center Chronic Pain Center, Carolinas Pain Institute and Center for Clinical Research, all in Winston-Salem, N.C.
