AMA Elects 2 Neurosurgeons to Board of Trustees

Two neurosurgeons were elected to the board of trustees for the American Medical Society.

Neurosurgery resident Maya Babu, MD, from Rochester, Minn., was a newly elected member. Pediatric neurosurgeon from Portland Monica C. Wehby, MD, is a returning member of the board. The board’s mission is “to foster the promotion of the art and science of medicine and the betterment of public health.”
