Dr. Thomas Sylvester Moves to Community Memorial Hospital

Thomas Sylvester, MD, a spine surgeon, moved to Community Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, Wis., according to an announcement in the Green Bay Press Gazette today.

He attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science’s Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Loyola University’s Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Ill.

 

Dr. Sylvester did his fellowship in spine surgery at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He treats both adult and pediatric spine conditions.

 

Dr. Sylvester practiced previously at Prevea St. Mary’s Health Center in Green Bay, Wis.
