Dr. Gould has been included for his contributions to healthcare and medicine. He specializes in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and has a special interest in nerve problems and total joint replacement for arthritic ankles. He is the former chairman of orthopedic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He is also a past president of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
