Dr. Vivekanand Palavali Nominated for Michigan Emmy

Vivekanand Palavali, MD, board-certified neurosurgeon, has earned a Michigan Emmy nomination for the documentary “Bitter Pill: America and Healthcare in America – a Brain Surgeon’s Dissection and Prescription”, according to a mlive report.

Dr. Palavali received a nomination for writing and audio, in conjunction with sound engineer Greg Meloche. The award winners will be announced at a ceremony June 15.

Dr. Palavali is a neurosurgeon with McLaren-Flint in Michigan.
