Cleveland Clinic Receives $1M Spinal Cord Research Grant

The National Institutes of Health have awarded The Cleveland Clinic and lead investigator Yu-Shang Lee, MD, $1 million to research treatments for spinal cord injuries, according to a report in Crain’s Cleveland Business.

Dr. Lee’s investigations will focus on developing surgical treatments to allow nerves to regenerate and the bladder to recover after spinal cord injuries, according to the report.
