Alamo Neurosurgical Institute in San Antonio Installs Mazor Robotics System

Alamo Neurosurgical Institute now has the Mazor Robotics Renaissance surgical system to aid in performing spine surgical procedures.

The Renaissance surgical system at Alamo Neurosurgical Institute is the first of its kind in San Antonio and the fifth in Texas.

Michael Leonard, MD, executive director of the Alamo Neurosurgical Institute, will use the Renaissance system. Dr. Leonard is a board certified neurosurgeon and fellowship trained in spine surgery.
