Mayo Clinic Surgeons to Perform Wrist Surgery on Twins Pitcher Nick Blackburn

Surgeons at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., will perform surgery on Minnesota Twins pitcher Nick Blackburn, according to a Star Tribune report.

The surgery will repair a ligament in Mr. Blackburn’s right wrist and he is expected to return to play after the beginning of the 2013 season.
