Dr. Andy Weiland: Minnesota Timberwolves’ Kevin Love to Undergo Surgery

Andy Weiland, MD, hand specialist at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, evaluated Minnesota Timberwolves player Kevin Love and recommended surgery to repair his injured right hand, according to a CBS Sports report.

Mr. Love re-fractured his hand during a recent game and will require surgery to repair the third and fourth metacarpal. He is expected to miss eight to 10 weeks of play, according to the report.
