Cavaliers’ Anderson Varejao Undergoes Knee Surgery at Cleveland Clinic

Surgeons at Cleveland Clinic have performed surgery on Cleveland Cavaliers’ Anderson Varejao, who injured a muscle in his right knee, according to an ESPN report.

Mr. Varejao injured his knee during play and Cavaliers team physician recommend surgery. Mr. Varejao decided to undergo surgical intervention after a second opinion from Richard Steadman, MD, of The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colo., confirmed the diagnosis.
