Institute of Medicine Holds Meeting on Youth Sports Concussions

The Institute of Medicine has called a committee on sports-related concussion in youth athletes in collaboration with the National Research Council.

The meeting will be held for a new study on sports-related concussions in youth athletes. The study will review concussion science, such as risk factors and consequences, according to the report. The meeting is held in response to members of the Senate.
