RTI Surgical added Shirley A. Weis to its board of directors.
Ms. Weis is president of Weis Associates and emerita vice president and chief administrative officer of Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic. In her most recent role at Mayo Clinic, she oversaw the operations of 87 corporations that make up the health system including a 57,000-member staff.
