Adam Anz, MD, of the Gulf Breeze, Fla.-based Andrews Institute served as a covering physician for Team USA at the 2016 Lake Louise Alpine Ski World Cup in Alberta, Canada. The Lake Louise Alpine Ski World Cup launches the 2016 to 2017 World Cup season.

1. Dr. Anz's involvement with Team USA began in 2011, during his fellowship at Vail, Colo.-based The Steadman Clinic.
2. Team USA has a group of 10 to 20 physicians in its physician pool, each of whom is matched with one event per year.
3. In the past three years, Dr. Anz has covered events in Germany and Canada.
4. Outside of physician duties with Team USA, Dr. Anz serves as a team physician for football teams at Pensacola, Fla.-based Escambia High School and Alabama-based Auburn University.
