Dr. Steven Collina rejoins the Crozer-Keystone Health Network: 4 things to know

Steven Collina, MD, is rejoining the Crozer-Keystone Health Network to work out of its Healthplex Sports Medicine Practice.

Here's what you should know.

 

1. Dr. Collina worked in the office's Springfield, Pa., location for 13 years from 2001 to 2014.

 

2. Dr. Collina specializes in non-operative sports medicine. He specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, concussions, tendinitis and overuse injuries.

 

3. Dr. Collina received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed a residency and a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is a member of the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine and several other professional societies. He formerly served as the team physician for Major League Soccer's Philadelphia Union.

 

4. Outside of his career, Dr. Collina is an endurance mountain bike racer and the team physician for Trestle Bridge Racing.
