Former New Jersey Nets athletic trainer Rich Snedaker shared insight at a sports medicine class at The Tech Center at Putnam/Northern Westchester in Yorktown Heights, N.Y, according to Daily Voice.

1. Mr. Snedaker highlighted specific muscle groups to stretch and how to develop the best range of motion.
2. He recommended the students establish customized training programs for athletes, because one size doesn't fit all.
3. As for injuries, Mr. Snedaker said good posture, rest, nutrition and mobilization heal the body.
