The Marion Star reports OhioHealth Marion General Hospital has become the official healthcare provider for professional indoor football team the Marion Blue Racers.
OhioHealth will provide physicals and training services as well as concussion baseline testing, sports nutrition counseling, sports psychology services and follow-up care after injuries.
"Our expertise in sports medicine helps athletes recover from sports-related injuries and perform at their best before, during and after their games. We're thrilled to be able to bring this same level of support to Marion," said Jodi Norton, director of marketing communications for OhioHealth Marion General Hospital, to The Marion Star.
