Mayo Clinic Teams With USA Hockey for Youth Injury Prevention

The Mayo Clinic has teamed up with USA Hockey for a video about injury prevention, according to a Science Daily report.
The video is a training program for youth hockey players about how to have the safest posture to prevent injuries during play. Techniques in the video show hockey players how to take impact while minimizing the risk for head and spinal cord injury.
