James Andrews, MD, an orthopedic surgeon, is helping lead efforts to bring the Greenbrier Medical Institute to the Greenbrier Resort in Seebert, W.V., which will include a large sports medicine component, according to a West Virginia Public Broadcasting report.
The project's first phase will cost $250 million and includes the Greenbrier clinic, a sports medicine center and a sports performance and training facility. Eventually, the entire project will include a comprehensive diagnostic and clinical sports medicine complex with ORs and teaching suites.
