Maywood, Ill.-based Loyola University Medical Center added Mitchell Bernstein, MD, to its medical staff, according to a Chicago Tribune report.
Dr. Bernstein focuses on acute trauma care and limb deformity correction. He also treats complex trauma cases, including fractures that fail to heal or heal improperly. He has completed a fellowship in orthopedic trauma at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle as well as a fellowship in limb lengthening and complex extremity reconstruction at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, according to the report.
