Kevin Varner, MD, performed ankle surgery on Houston Dynamo defender Eric Brunner, according to a Boxscore News report.
Dr. Varner is the interim chairman of the department of orthopedics at Houston Methodist Hospital and focuses on foot and ankle disorders. He performed the procedure on Mr. Brunner's right ankle, according to the report.
