Charles Rich, MD, has successfully performed spine surgery on golfer Tiger Woods, according to a New York Daily News report.
Dr. Rich is a neurosurgeon practicing with Neurosurgical Associates in Murray, Utah. He performed a microdiscectomy procedure on Mr. Woods, according to the report.
