John Bailey, DO, of Mid America Orthopedic and Spine in Kirksville, Mo., announced his candidacy for the Missouri House of Representatives from the state's Third Legislative District, according to a KTVO3 News report.
Dr. Bailey is an orthopedic surgeon who earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He cited his medical field experience and service to the community as the reasons he is qualified to seek the position of state representative, according to the report.
