Board-certified orthopedic surgeons T.O. Souryal, MD, and Richard Levy, MD, recently performed ankle surgery on the Dallas Mavericks rookie guard Shane Larkin, according to a USA Today report.
Dr. Souryal and Dr. Levy performed the procedure to repair the player's broken right ankle. The procedure was done at Texas Sports Medicine in Dallas.
Mr. Larkin is expected to need three months to recover.
