Pat McCulloch, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, performed shoulder surgery on Houston Astros pitcher Kyle Weiland, according to a KHOU report. Mr. Weiland went on the disabled list last week after experiencing discomfort in his shoulder. Dr. McCulloch performed an arthroscopic procedure to clean out an infection in his shoulder.
