Dr. Marc Philippon Named Among Most Influential Canadians in Baseball

The Toronto Sun has named partner at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colo., Marc Philippon, MD, as one of the most influential Canadians in baseball. The list also named Marc Philippon, MD, a partner at The Steadman Clinic, as among the most influential Canadians in baseball. He has a professional interest in performing hip surgery and has treated several professional athletes, including Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees.

Dr. Philippon was named 16th of 100 people on the list. Dr. Philippon earned his medical degree from McMaster University Medical School in Ontario, Canada, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital.
