Boston Magazine named Frank X. Pedlow, MD, is a 2017 Top Doctor.

Here are five highlights:

 

1. Top Doctor Awards feature those who show clinical excellence and deliver the highest quality patient care.

 

2. Dr. Pedlow is in private practice in Boston, where he is also affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital and St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.

 

3. An expert in complex spinal disorder treatment, Dr. Pedlow specializes in treating degenerative conditions of the neck and back, minimally invasive spine surgery, motion preservation surgery and athletic injuries, among others.

 

4. He completed his residency in the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program and his spine surgery fellowship at Atlanta-based Emory University Spine Center.

 

5. Dr. Pedlow also trained internationally at the Canada-based University of Montreal, England-based Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and England-based Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.
