Here are four spine surgeons and neurosurgeons in the news this week.

The International Society for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery appointed S. Rajasekaran, MS, DNB, PhD, the new president.

 

Dr. Hiroyuki Yoshihara, an internationally-recognized spine surgeon with extensive experience in orthopedic surgery and research, will join Plano-based Minimally Invasive SpineCARE in Fall 2016.

 

John Ogden, MD, joined Genesis Neurosurgery Group in Zanesville Ohio.

 

Board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon Robert Hart, MD, will serve as Seattle-based Swedish Neuroscience Institute's new director of spinal deformities.
