Neurosurgeon Michael Casey, DO, will join Edward Neurosciences Institute in Naperville, Ill., according to Chicago Tribune.

2. Dr. Casey recently completed his craniospinal tumor fellowship at University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora.
3. He is trained in performing skull base surgeries as well as treating peripheral nerve and spinal tumors. Dr. Casey also specializes in treating cerebrovascular and peripheral nerve disorders.
4. A member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Dr. Casey is also affiliated with Illinois State Neurosurgical Society, American Osteopathic Association and American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
5. Dr. Casey has faculty appointments at Chicago-based Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and University of Colorado School of Medicine.
