7 hospitals/health systems expanding spine programs – April 20, 2015

Here are seven hospitals and health systems that have recently expanded their spine care programs.

Cincinnati-based The Christ Hospital almost completed its $280 million Joint and Spine Center.

 

Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System acquired the Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital in Bellaire, Texas.

 

Chattanooga Neurosurgery & Spine Clinic joined Erlanger Health System.

 

Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, N.J., recently opened a neuro-intensive care unit.

 

Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, S.C., and Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston entered into an affiliation, which will include an expansion of RMC's services in numerous specialties including orthopedic spine surgery.

 

United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, W.Va., unveiled the $15 million United Orthopaedic and Spine Center.
