Neurosurgeon Michael Gold, MD, who has a special interest in minimally invasive spine surgery, joined Quincy (Ill.) Medical Group.

 

Daniel Yoshor, MD, was named chair of neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

 

Elmhurst (Ill.) Hospital named Richard Byrne, MD, medical director of neurosurgical services.

 

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia named John M. Flynn, MD, chief of the division of orthopedic surgery.

 

Gregory LeBlue, MD, was named medical director of Leesville (La.) Rehabilitative Hospital and Parish Rehabilitation Hospitals.

 

Crouse Hospital appointed David Padalino, MD, education director for neurosurgery and he'll begin seeing patients at Crouse on Jan. 1, 2015.

 

Yi Lu, MD, PhD, joined the department of neurosurgery at Brigham and Women's HealthCare after finishing fellowship training in minimally invasive spine surgery at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine.
