A recent article published in the European Spine Journal shows support for the use of orthopedic imaging company EOS's full body imaging system, according to an EOS news release.
The full body imaging system is designed to address sagittal alignment. It allows for a single, full body or localized image. Its Nobel-prize winning technology and proprietary software can render three dimensional images of the patient's skeleton and calculate clinical parameters that are essential for diagnosis and surgical planning.
The images can be gathered in standing or seated weight-bearing positions to reflect the bone and joint status of the patient's posture.
