Dr. Ali Araghi performs 1st 2-level disc replacement in Arizona

Ali Araghi, DO, and his team at Phoenix-based Banner CORE Center for Orthopedics, performed a two-level disc replacement on Garrett Long, the first patient in Arizona to receive this procedure, according to a report by Your West Valley News.

LDR's Mobi-C-cervical disc was used and Mr. Long, who could not move his neck without pain before the procedure found that now he could. He was part of the study on two-disc replacement and had done many of the operations before, according to the report.


 
The physicians at Banner CORE Center for Orthopedics gave Mr. Long the option of spinal fusion or arthroplasty"It's invigorating to be on the cutting edge in spinal surgeries," said Dr. Ali Araghi to Your West Valley News.
