Morristown, N.J.-based Tyber Medical, a medical device company, announced it has added Ira Fedder, MD, and R. Douglas Orr, MD, as surgeon advisors.
Dr. Fedder is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson and Towson Orthopedics Associates. He focuses on the treatment of cervical disc herniation, myelopathy, cervical stenosis, lumbar stenosis and sciatica.
Dr. Orr is a staff physician at the Center for Spine Health and the department of orthopedic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He focuses on adult spine surgery, including deformity and minimally invasive surgery.
