Lawrence Chin, MD, board-certified neurosurgeon, has established a practice in Watertown, N.Y., according to a wwnytv.com report. In anticipation of the availability of neurosurgery, Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown has purchased $1 million worth of new equipment.
Dr. Chin also serves as the chairman of neurosurgery at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, N.Y.
