Matthew Cubbage, MD, is a spine surgeon at the North Cypress Spine Center in Houston.

Dr. Cubbage is the center's director and chief of spine services.

 

He began his career after earning his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine. He then completed a five-year orthopedic residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in spine surgery at the Spine Institute at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.

 

Dr. Cubbage specializes in both operative and non-operative procedures. He is also trained in minimally invasive surgery and endoscopic techniques.

 

Dr. Cubbage is a fellow with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a diplomat with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
