The New Albany (Ind.) City Council is considering an amendment to city zoning for pain management clinics that would only allow clinics to open at least 500 feet from residential districts and 1,000 feet from other pain management clinics, according to a News and Tribune report. Clinics could only open on property marked as industrial or general business, according to the report. Public and private hospital operated facilities would be exempt.
