Here are four key notes:

1. Dr. Lamm is the head of the Paley Institute's Foot & Ankle Deformity Correction Center.

2. Dr. Lamm comes to the Paley Orthopedic Institute after serving as head of Foot & Ankle Surgery at the International Center for Limb Lengthening at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.

3. Some of his advanced techniques include minimally invasive bunion surgery, toe lengthening and shortening, ankle joint replacement, Charcot foot reconstruction, flatfoot and high arch repositioning.

4. Dr. Lamm said, "Feet are the foundation to the rest of the body. Flat feet, arthritis pain, bunions, diabetic-related abnormalities, hammertoes and more have sufferers stowing away their golf clubs for the last time. The Paley Institute is here to say that most of these conditions are treatable, some with surgery, some with minimally invasive options."
