Minnesota-based Twin Cities Orthopedics received approval to build a clinic in the Vadnais Heights (Minn.) Sports Complex, Press Pubs reports.

Here's what you should know.

1. The Vadnais Heights City Council approved the orthopedic clinic's preliminary site plan. The building will be two stories tall and just over 20,400 square-feet.

2. It's expected the clinic will be half physical therapy and half orthopedic practice.

3. Vadnais Heights' Mayor Marc Johannsen lauded the addition of Twin Cities calling their clinic "a super nice project."

4. TCO is expected to break ground on the clinic in April of May of 2017 with an expected opening sometime during 2018.
