1. Dr. Rowe practices at Altoona, Pa.-based Blair Orthopedics.
2. She focuses on joint replacement surgery; shoulder, elbow and knee surgery; hand and wrist surgery and fracture care.
3. Dr. Rowe completed her medical degree, internship and orthopedic residency at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
