The metrics fell within the following categories: work stress; financial stress; family stress; and health and safety stress.
The top five most stressed cities are:

5. Miami
The least stressed cities are:
1. Fremont, Calif.
2. Plano, Texas
3. Overland Park, Kan.
4. Scottsdale, Ariz.
