Patricia McDougall Schick, MD, will now offer pediatric orthopedic care at Prevea Sheboygan (Wis.) Health Center, as reported by WHBL.

Here are four things to know:

 

1. Dr. McDougall Schick specializes in fracture and injury surgery, congenital and developmental orthopedic deformity and spinal deformity diagnosis and treatment.

 

2. She said, "I enjoy working with pediatric patients and their families…My goal is to diagnose and educate my patients and their families on the options for care so they understand the best course of treatment."

 

3. Dr. McDougall Schick is the only pediatric orthopedic surgeon treating Northeast Wisconsin patients full-time.

 

4. Dr. McDougall Schick graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine before completing her residency at Chicago-based Northwestern University Medical Center and her fellowship at Boston-based Children's Hospital.
