The Orthopaedic Sports Health Clinic of Salina (Kan.) is merging with the Salina Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Clinic, according to a report in the Salina Post.
Here are four things to know:
1. The two orthopedic practices plan to make their merger effective Jan. 1, 2017. Gary Harbin, MD, is joining his practice with that of the four orthopedic surgeons of Orthopaedic Sports Health Clinic.
2. The new practice will operate as Orthopaedic Sports Health Clinic.
3. Dr. Harbin has practiced for more than 37 years in the community and serves as team physician for Kansas Wesleyan University.
4. The new practice now includes five orthopedic surgeons and three orthopedic mid-level providers.
