West Palm Beach, Fla.-based spine surgeon Michael Gleiber, MD, launched the Concierge Spine Surgery model to accommodate patients traveling for their medical care.

Here are five key notes on the concierge services:

 

1. Dr. Gleiber's staff will help medical tourists with travel and accommodation arrangements.

 

2. Dr. Gleiber provides minimally invasive spine surgery, micro-surgical techniques and motion-sparing procedures.

 

3. He treats patients with sports injuries as well and collaborates with experts for effective rehabilitation techniques.

 

4. The concierge services include specialist interaction for patients who aren't indicated for surgery to achieve non-surgical care.

 

5. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Gleiber is a spokesperson for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a Huffington Post Medical Articles contributor. He lectures at hospitals and research institutions in addition to his post as an affiliate assistant professor of clinical biomedical sciences at The Charles E. Schmidt Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine for Spinal Surgery.
