Here are five key managerial behaviors from the list:
- They show consideration for their employees and do not micromanage details belonging to other levels of work.
- They give "actionable feedback" that allows their employees to improve.
- They clearly communicate and keep their team focused.
- They regularly share relevant information from their own leadership experience.
- Every six months they engage in meaningful discussions about career development with their team members.
