West Covina, Calif.-based Samimi Orthopedic Group partnered with Azra Care to automate workflows, according to an Oct. 25 news release.
Azra Care's Large Language Model used artificial intelligence for workflow and automation to enhance patient relationships and relieve administrative workloads. Azra's platform includes tools for preoperative preparation, data collection and addressing patient questions.
"By combining validated care pathways with machine learning, we are confident Azra's platform will unburden our dedicated staff, elevate the quality of care we provide, and empower our patients on a seamless journey toward recovery," Omar Rahman, MD, a surgeon with the practice, said in the release.
