Prices at all hospitals were up 0.6 percent in February compared with January, and compared with February 2012, hospital prices were up 2.6 percent, according to the most recent Producer Price Index from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. General medical and surgical hospitals saw their prices jump 0.7 percent from January to February.
