Dan Williamson, founder and CEO of Aspen Medical Products, is a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2017 Award in the Orange County region.
Here are four highlights:
1. The award honors entrepreneurs who are "excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities."
2. Fifteen entrepreneurs are finalists, including Mr. Williamson.
3. Winners will receive the awards at a gala at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, Calif., on June 16.
4. Aspen Medical Products holds more than 50 patents for its spinal bracing technology.
