Stryker to showcase Tritanium Posterior Lumbar Cage at NASS meeting — 5 highlights

Stryker's spine division will showcase its 3D-printed Tritanium Posterior Lumbar Cage at the North American Spine Society annual meeting from Oct. 26 to Oct. 29 in Boston.

Here are five highlights:

 

1. The Tritanium Posterior Lumbar Cage is an interbody fusion device intended to help with lumbar spinal fixation in patients with degenerative disc disease.

 

2. Stryker will offer a virtual reality tour highlighting Tritanium In-Growth Technology at the meeting, shedding a light on 3D-printing benefits.

 

3. The Tritanium Technology is designed to mirror cancellous bone with the intention of bone in-growth.

 

4. The cage is available in various widths, lengths, heights and lordotic angles to match a patient's anatomy.

 

5. NASS will also include a presentation on Stryker's technology called, "Biomechanical and Histologic Comparison of a Novel 3D-Printed Porous Titanium Interbody Cage to PEEK."
