Montpellier, France-based Medtech sold 13 ROSA robots during the fourth quarter of 2016, running from April 1 to June 30.
Here are five highlights:
1. The company sold seven robots in the Untied States to the following institutions:
• University of Minnesota Medical Center, Minneapolis
• Children's National Health System, Washington, D.C.
• Children's Minnesota, St. Paul
• UMass Memorial Medical Center, Worcester
• University of Pittsburgh Medical Center
• Duke University Hospital, Durham, N.C.
• Florida Hospital, Orlando
2. Medtech sold a robot to Rennes University Hospital and Kremlin-Bicêtre Hospital, both located in France.
3. Two institutions in China each bought one ROSA robot.
4. Cologne, Germany-based Uniklinik Köln purchased one ROSA robot.
5. England-based Royal Hallamshire Hospital purchased one ROSA robot.
